Carefully crafted from cane sugar, quinine and citrus, this small-batch syrup rounds out G&Ts and other crisp cocktails with a classic bittersweet flavor. Simply add ½ oz syrup to 1 ½ oz spirit and 3 oz seltzer. Briefly stir over ice, garnish with fresh citrus and enjoy.
