Please note we are, by contract, only permitted to ship EQ3 brand items within the province of Saskatchewan (brand names are listed above the product title on each product). All other items can be shipped throughout Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada.
Parcel:
Accessory items are shipped via Canada Post. In-stock items will typically ship in 5-7 business days. Tracking information will be provided once an item has shipped. Additional shipping charges may be requested in the case of oversized items or shipments being sent to remote locations.
Freight:
Larger furniture items are shipped via various freight carriers throughout the country. There may be some remote areas where freight shipping is not available or an additional shipping charge must be applied. Freight order customers can select basic "curbside" delivery or "white glove" delivery.
Curbside - Product will be unloaded from the truck; customer is responsible for moving the items into their home, unpacking, etc.
White Glove - Product will be unloaded and delivered into the customer's home. Customer may instruct delivery team to position the product in a room of choice, unpack, wipe clean, and remove any associated packaging.
